30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund window for all eligible items from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must meet the conditions listed below.

No restocking fees are charged for any returns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing any products, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Required: Photo and/or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product
  • Reship the correct product
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Final sale items
  • Washed, worn, or used products
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Refused packages or undeliverable addresses

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Change of Mind or Late Reporting

If you decide to return a product after 48 hours of delivery or due to a change of mind, you must do so within 30 days. In these cases:

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

Address Errors and Order Modifications

If you made a mistake while entering your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes. Packages returned due to incorrect, refused, or undeliverable addresses will be considered non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
